“A GREAT PRESENTATION GIVES SMART IDEAS”

Dear Students,
We BMESI - BIT CHAPTER are glad to announce a National Level Project Presentation, “MED-TECHNOVANZA PROJECT EXPO” on 31st August 2021.

This event provides a platform for the enthusiastic engineers to showcase their innovative project ideas where they could solve the real time problems on the given sets of theme.

Rounds:
Round 1: Abstract submission
Round 2: Presentation of the project

No Registration fee

Perks:
Merit certification for TOP THREE ideas.
Appreciation certificates for TWO BEST presentations.
Participation certificates.



Timeline :
· Registration starts - 16.08.2021
· Registration ends - 26.08.2021
· Round 1 [Abstract Submission] - 26.08.2021
· Shortlisted Intimation Mail 28.08.2021
· Round 2 [Final demonstration] - 31.08.2021
[Timings will be intimated through a separate mail for the selected participants]

Important notes:
● It is open to all Colleges/ Universities/ Departments.
● Minimum 1 member and maximum 3 members shall participate as a team.
● Registration form shall be filled up by any one of the team members, since the form will be opened only once.
● A member from a team should not be the member of any other team. In that case, both the teams will be disqualified.
● “Abstract novelty and fluency will also be included as a criterion for final evaluation purpose”
● E- Certificates will be provided to all the active participants who get shortlisted to Round 2 from Round 1 (Abstract submission).
